La empresa se constituyó en California en 1984 y opera en el sector de las tecnologías de la información (también denominado "TI"), compitiendo principalmente en el mercado de los equipos de redes y comunicaciones. El sector en el que opera Cisco es el de las redes informáticas, un sector afectado por la pandemia, dada la necesidad de rediseñar forzosamente la forma de trabajar de las empresas, pasando del trabajo de oficina al teletrabajo. De esta manera, se reduce la necesidad de hardware y software necesario en las oficinas para comunicarse con el personal y todo se desarrolla a distancia. El análisis del valor de las acciones de la empresa se ha realizado mediante dos métodos: el método del flujo de caja descontado y el método de los múltiplos. El resultado de estos modelos indica que el valor de la acción de la empresa debería estar entre 40,83 y 45,12 dólares, valores que comparados con el valor actual de la acción (abr-2021) 51,50 dólares, indicarían que el mercado está pagando una prima por tener la acción de la empresa, lo que indica que es una acción sobrevalorada y debería ser vendida.Ítem Acceso Abierto Relevant factors to take in consideration when applying a collaborative consumption practice in Peru(Universidad ESAN, 2020) Villavicencio Rodríguez, GiovannaHave you ever though on sharing your belongings in order to gain an extra income? Today this is possible thanks to the creation of several digital platforms that allows people to connect in order to obtain what they need. This new phenomenon is known as collaborative consumption and it’s a reality that is changing the way people behave. The term collaborative consumption is defined as an environment where the act of buying and distributing goods or services is made by stablishing a fee or another type of compensation. This practice has three main actors: the digital platform provider, the person who provides the service and the customer, and it’s characterized mainly because it works by the means of the internet. This report explores and defines what could be the potential results when implementing a collaborative consumption practice in Lima-Peru. For this, an exploratory research was conducted in order to stablish which were the main factors to take in consideration when applying this type of practice in the country. Moreover, the study analyzes the information associated with this practice by taking in consideration relevant factors such as the economical, political, social and technological situation of the country in terms of their population insights.Ítem Acceso Abierto Consulting project in entrepreneurship for a technological platform of care, support and health services on demand(Universidad ESAN, 2019) Canales Cavenago, Angela Annette Antoinete; Palomino Reyna, Katherine PatriciaBWMe (Be with me) is a business idea that aims to provide a reliable, humanized and differentiated service of support, care and health through a technological platform by providing assistance and medical care on-demand, especially for the elderly, people with disabilities or whoever might need assistance in Lima – Peru. The services will be supported by a 24/7 helpline for service providers and costumers. Three types of services will be offered: Care & Support, Support & Health and Prevention & Support. The service providers will have certificated knowledge of first-aid program and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR - the company could provide training in case applicants do not possess it) or will be certified nurses, nursing assistants or qualified physical therapists depending on the selected service. The free download application will provide a detailed profile of the helpers, their capabilities and the ratings they get from their services, so customers can choose the partner they want and who could fit better with their needs. The application will calculate fees according to the hours of service, type of service and time of service, providing a quotation and different payment methods. It was revealed that there is a lack of effectiveness in the communication of large and smaller size nonprofit organizations. Most of them owns a private website aimed at displaying content and information, communicating around emergencies and asking for donations. But, for a potential donator willing to be more informed about associations in general, and maybe to donate some of its private money, it is considered complicated, time consuming and sometimes frightening to understand which association to select and to trust.
