The different types of Trust are reviewed to focus especially on the Social Trust, be it Forestry and Mine Closure, as well as the Mining investment as an alternative for conflict resolution and financing and feasibility of Investment Projects, all with a single objective that set in motion a tool adaptable to different social realities. The aim is to propose, based on a critical analysis of the Trust, an alternative with the capacity to channel financial resources towards productive activities, making viable the different investment projects with the collateral effect of reactivating local and regional economies, by generating employment from the hand of local work and in general to improve the living conditions of the people and in this way ensure sustainable development.
