ESAN Ediciones, 2007-06-30) Berumen, Sergio A.In this article it is stated that the most demonstrated statements of the neoschumpeterian theory might be extremely useful for the analysis of business administration. Schumpeterian theory focuses in the use of analogies or biology concepts to analyze the behavior of institutions and social systems. For this focus, the signals that companies receive from the economical system are of three types: a) the technological opportunities and the benefits expected, which are closely related to them, b) the current behavior and the expected one from the demand from its products and other products and c) the changes in costs, prices, quantities, and rentabilities in the markets in which they operate, and in some others.Ítem Solo Metadatos La tensión entre las prioridades del Estado y los intereses del mercado(Universidad ESAN. This article is a reflection on the tension generated between the priorities of the State and the market interests. The theoretical base from which it parts is basically liberal, although it has several minor changes which result pretty convenient (v.g. neoschumpeterian liberalism, Austrian liberalism, and public choice liberalism). Proponents argue that thanks to this the municipalities have greater opportunities to develop, while detractors argue that it makes no sense to channel resources into an industry without a future. In this paper we have proposed to evaluate the impact of the aid generated within the Coal Plan 1998–2005, the National Strategic Coal Reserve Plan 2006–2012, and the Structural Funds of the European Union 2000–2006 in twelve selected socioeconomic variables in the 105 municipalities of Castilla y León between 1998 and 2010.Ítem Solo Metadatos Luces y sombras de la política de la competencia en Italia(Universidad ESAN. ESAN Ediciones, 2008-12-30) Berumen, Sergio A.In the past the responsible authorities of the Italian government have limited their performance to react to those pressures coming from the European Commission in respect to competence matters, but only in some exceptional circumstances the different Italian governments have acted in a reactive way. In this article it is demonstrated that the Italian policies regarding competence have been erratic; sometimes the authorities have reacted in time, but in some other occasions their intervention was quite urgent and it has arrived later than it was expected. To this effect, interest is focused in analyzing the evolution of the market and in pointing out the most significative advances that have been reached in respect to their internal market liberalization.
