dc.description.abstractNowadays, the international financial landscape has undergone several developments with systemic implications, such as the financial crisis of 2007 and 2008, the slowdown in China (2014 to date), the contraction of the BRICS (2013 to date ), among others, as fundamental to the future of the economies is the performance of firms, it happens that behind these events happen several factors, one of them, poor implementation of good practices and corporate governance and this has led to that the international community put emphasis on ways of conducting business transactions. NGuyen & Xiangkang (2015) state that the main evidence of the effects of not implementing good corporate governance practices are tangibly evident in those countries which have now been multiplied their productivity, already affected by the Subprime Crisis. This work aims to try to answer the question of whether indeed the application of the principles of good corporate governance would have the effect, differentially favorable results with respect to those entities that did not apply these.en_EN
dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad, el panorama financiero internacional ha sufrido diversos acontecimientos con implicancias sistémicas, tales como, la crisis financiera del 2007 y 2008, la desaceleración de China (del 2014 a la fecha), la contracción de los BRICS (del 2013 a la fecha), entre otras, como lo fundamental en el devenir de las economías es la performance de las firmas, ocurre que detrás de estos eventos suceden varios factores, siendo uno de ellos, la poca implementación de buenas prácticas o gobierno corporativo y esto ha llevado a que la comunidad internacional ponga énfasis en las formas de llevar a cabo transacciones comerciales. NGuyen & Xiangkang (2015), afirman que la principal prueba de los efectos de no aplicar buenas prácticas de gobierno corporativo, se evidencian de forma tangible en aquellas naciones que actualmente han visto multiplicada su productividad, ya afectada por la Crisis Subprime. Este trabajo tiene por objeto el tratar de responder a la pregunta de si verdaderamente la aplicación de los principios del Buen Gobierno Corporativo tendría como efecto, resultados diferenciadamente favorables respecto a aquellas entidades que no aplicaron estos.es_ES
